Helping children become life long readers is one of the greatest gifts we can give. Learning to read isn't always easy but it is always worth the effort. The good news is that standard classroom education alone isn't the only option. While this approach is sufficient for many children some need an extra hand to become proficient readers. Norma uses the evidence-based Wilson Reading System in a one-on-one setting. Her experience as a special educator, child life specialist, and mother of a dyslexic child allow her to deliver developmentally appropriate child-focused education and encouragement needed to help children become confident and joyful readers.
